CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are seeking a highly organised, positive “people” person to join our small Customer Service team in the NSW Branch based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. This permanent 5-day a week role focuses on co-ordinating the activities and communications between the Company and the schools we work with, and ensuring the entire process runs smoothly and easily for everyone – our schools, our photographic teams and our Branch.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A warm and helpful phone manner
  • A determination to deliver long-term customer satisfaction
  • A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving skills when dealing with customer complaints
  • Superior organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage expectations accordingly
  • A keen eye for detail and high accuracy
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy committed team
  • Proven ability in a client service or co-ordinating environment
  • Excellent computer skills and ideally previous experience with updating and maintaining accurate customer and production databases
  • Australian residency

On The Road Sales / Client Manager

advancedlife are seeking an On the Road Sales/Client Manager to join their company and service the Central Coast, Hornsby and Newcastle regions. You will have the potential to earn a Generous Negotiable Salary + Superannuation + Car Allowance + Laptop + iPad + Mobile + Commissions.

This position is a mix of both account management and new sales. The primary purpose of this position is to be an on the road sales representative, liaising with local schools. The role involves a mix of account management and new business sales.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Attending meetings with existing and new school clients
  • Promoting the range of print services offered by the company
  • Representing the company at School conferences and events
  • Actively maintaining records of sales activity and client files

To be successful in this role you will have 12+ months B2B on the road sales experience. Additionally, experience selling to schools would be beneficial for this position and a current Drivers Licence is required. Someone with great time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills would be perfect for this role.
